1. Introduction ->
Welcome to 7mod! By downloading, installing, or using 7mod, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the mod.

2. License Grant ->
Subject to your compliance with these TOS, 7mod grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use 7mod solely for personal, non-commercial use with the Minecraft game.

3. Restrictions ->
You may not:
Distribute or sell 7mod or any part of it.
Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile 7mod.
Use 7mod for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Claim ownership of 7mod or any part thereof.

4. Intellectual Property ->
All rights, title, and interest in and to 7mod are owned by the 7mod Team. This includes all intellectual property rights.

5. Updates and Support ->
We may provide updates or patches for 7mod at our discretion. However, we are under no obligation to provide support or updates.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ->
7mod is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that 7mod will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability ->
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the 7mod Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use 7mod.

8. Termination ->
We may terminate your license to use 7mod at any time if you breach these TOS. Upon termination, you must cease all use of 7mod and delete any copies in your possession.

9. Changes to the TOS ->
We may modify these TOS from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated TOS. Your continued use of 7mod after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law ->
These TOS are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
